| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】CARD9 is a member of the CARD protein
family, which is defined by the presence of a characteristic caspase-associated recruitment domain (CARD). CARD is a protein interaction domain known to participate in activation or suppression of CARD containing members of the caspase family, and thus plays an important regulatory role in cell apoptosis. CARD9 was identified by its selective association with the CARD domain of BCL10, a postive regulator of apoptosis and NF-kappaB activation, and it is thought to function as a molecular scaffold for the assembly of a BCL10 signaling complex that activates NF-kappaB (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) THP-1, (B) Raji, (C) Jurkat, and (D) PC-3 cell lysates using anti-CARD9 RabMAb (cat. #5246-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using anti-CARD9 RabMAb (cat. #5246-1).
