| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】CASK is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent
serine protein kinase. It is a MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase) protein family member. These proteins are scaffold proteins and CASK is located at synapses in the brain. Mutations in CASK are associated with FG syndrome 4, mental retardation and microcephaly with pontine and cerebellar hypoplasia, and a form of X-linked mental retardation (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1;1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 ICC: 1:50 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HACAT, (B) BxPC-3, (C) SH-SY5Y, and (D) 293T cell lysates using anti-CASK RabMAb (cat. #5491-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-CASK RabMAb (cat. #5491-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CASK was used as an immunogen. |
