Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Saos-2, (B) A673, (C) human testis, (D) human heart, and (E) fetal muscle lysates using anti-CAP2 RabMAb (cat. #5272-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized Saos-2 cells using anti-CAP2 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5272-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CAP2 was used as an immunogen. |
