human adenylyl cyclase-associated protein. The function of CAP2 is unknown. However, it appears to be able to interact with adenylyl cyclase-associated protein and actin (1). Recommended Applications WB, IP, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HepG2, (B) SH-SY5Y, and (C) human heart lysates using anti-CAP2 RabMAb (cat. #5155-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized SH-SY5Y cells using anti-CAP2 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5155-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CAP2 was used as an immunogen. |
