| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】Gelsolin is a large a n d complex
actin-binding protein that belongs to actin-severing gelsolin/villin super family. Gelsolin is a regulat o r of actin filament assembly a n d disassembly a n d consists of six homologous subdomains (S1-S6). When C-terminal tail (S6) is bound to calcium ion, it straightens a n d exposes actin binding sites located on S2s helices, leading to Gelsolin actin-serving activity (1). Gelsolin is inhibited by phosphatidylinositol (4,5)-bisphosphate (PIP2), where PIP2 will bind to S1, S2, a n d S3 sites. Gelsolin is involved in podosome f o r mation a n d has been linked to inhibition of apoptosis by preventing release of cytochrome C (2). WB: 1:1000 5000 IHC: 1:100-250 A.
