first rate limiting enzyme of glutathione synthesis. The enzyme consists of two subunits, a heavy catalytic subunit and a light regulatory subunit. GCLM deficiency has been implicated in some forms of hemolytic anemia (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, IP, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 ICC: 1:250 - 500 IP: 1:10 - 100 FC: 1:100 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa, (B) A673, and (C) K562 cell lysates using anti-GCLM RabMAb (cat. #5337-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human muscle tissue using anti-GCLM RabMAb (cat. #5337-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human GCLM was used as an immunogen. |
