GTP-binding superfamily and to the immuno-associated nucleotide (IAN) subfamily of nucleotide-binding proteins. This protein may be negatively regulated by T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia 1 (TAL1) (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:500 - 1,000 ICC: 1:100 - 250 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) human tonsil and (B) peripheral blood leukocytes lysates using anti-GIMAP4 RabMAb (cat. #5312-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using anti-GIMAP4 RabMAb (cat. #5312-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the N-terminus of human GIMAP4 was used as an immunogen. |
