of zinc-finger transcription factors. Members of this family recognize the GATA motif. It is thought to regulate proteins involved in embryogenesis and myocardial differentiation and function. Mutations in Gata4 have been associated with cardiac septal defects (1). Recommended Applications WB, ICC, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 ICC: 1:100 - 250 FC: 1:1200 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HepG2, (B) Caco-2, and (C) HeLa cell lysates using anti-Gata4 RabMAb (cat. #5499-1). Immunofluorescent staining of HepG2 cells using anti-Gata4 RabMAb (cat. #5499-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Gata4 was used as an immunogen. |
