| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】FBNRG3, or Neuregulin 3, is a member of
the neuregulin family. This family consists of ligands for the transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptors ERBB3 and ERBB4 - members of the epidermal growth factor receptor family. Ligand binding activates intracellular signaling cascades and the induction of cellular responses including proliferation, migration, differentiation, and survival or apoptosis. FBNRG3 has been shown to activate tyrosine phosphorylation of its cognate receptor, ERBB4, and it is thought to influence neuroblast proliferation, migration and differentiation by signaling through ERBB4. FBNRG3 also promotes mammary differentiation during embryogenesis. Studies have implicated this protein in schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder (1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the cytoplasmic domain of human FBNRG3 was used as an immunogen. |
