is a focal adhesion kinase (FAK) related protein kinase protein also known as cell adhesion kinase (CAK), related adhesion focal tyrosine kinase (RAFTK), or calcium-dependent PTK (CADTK) (3,4). Highly expressed in the nervous system, protein tyrosine kinase (Pyk2) is phosphorylated on the tyrosine residue by a variety of G-protein-coupled receptors & extracellular signals that increase the level of Ca + intracellularly (1,2). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:500 IHC: 1:250-500 ICC: 1:100 IP: 1:80 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Cross reactivity determined by western blot only. Products Data A. Western blot analysis on Jurkat cell lysate using anti-Pyk2 (N-term) RabMAb (catalog #1509-1), dilution 1:5,000 B. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human normal brain tissue using anti-Pyk2 (N-term) RabMAb (catalog #1509-1). C. Immunofluorescent staining of PC12 cells using anti-Pyk2 (N-term) RabMAb (catalog #1509-1).
