of RTKs and contains a distinct extracellular region encompassing a factor VIII-like domain (1). It is a tyrosine kinase receptor for Fibrillan collagen, which mediates fibroblast migration and proliferation. Defects in DDR2 / CD167b are the cause of spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia short limb-hand type (SEMD-SL) (2). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HepG2, (B) HeLa, (C) Jurkat, (D) 293T, (E) NIH/3T3, and (F) A431 cell lysates using anti-DDR2 / CD167b RabMAb (cat. #5479-1).
