| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】DCTN3 is the smallest subunit of dynactin,
a macromolecular complex consisting of 10 subunits ranging in size from 22 to 150 kDa. Dynactin binds to both microtubules and cytoplasmic dynein. It is involved in a diverse array of cellular functions, including ER-to-Golgi transport, the centripetal movement of lysosomes and endosomes, spindle formation, cytokinesis, chromosome movement, nuclear positioning, and axonogenesis. This subunit, like most other dynactin subunits, exists only as a part of the dynactin complex. DCTN3 is primarily an alpha-helical protein with very little coiled coil, and binds directly to the largest subunit (p150) of dynactin (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) 293T, (B) mouse muscle, (C) HeLa, (D) BxPC-3, (E) SH-SY5Y, and (F) rat muscle lysates using anti-DCTN3 RabMAb (cat. #5137-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast tissue using anti-DCTN3 RabMAb (cat.# 5137-1). Note: Dilute primary antibody in 1% BSA. Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DCTN3 was used as an immunogen. |
