| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】CHD5 belongs to a group of SWI/SNF
proteins called CHD proteins, which contain a SWI/SNF-like helicase/ATPase domain, as well as a DNA-binding domain and a chromodomain that directly modifies chromatin structure. It is most homologous to CHD3 and CHD4, which are proteins that are part of the nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylation (NuRD) complex. CHD5 is preferentially expressed in total brain, fetal brain, and cerebellum. It is also moderately expressed in the adrenal gland, but expression is undetectable in almost all other tissues examined. CHD5 maps within a small region of deletion on 1p36.3 in human neuroblastomas, a common pediatric tumor. It has been suggested that this protein may play a role in the development of the nervous system, and it may also play a role in the pathogenesis of neural tumors (1). Recommended Applications WB, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:50,000 - 200,000 ICC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) human adrenal gland and (B) SH-SY5Y cell lysates using anti-CHD5 RabMAb (cat. #5212-1). Immunofluorescent staining of SH-SY5Y cells using anti-CHD5 RabMAb (cat. #5212-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CHD5 was used as an immunogen. The antibody is predicted to cross-react with CHD3. |
