| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】Chromatin assembly factor I (CAF1) is a
nuclear complex consisting of p50, p60, and p150 (CHAF1A) subunits (1). CHAF1A regulates the formation of heterochromatin in mammalian cells during replication. This subunit exists in a chromatin-remodeling complex WINAC, which coactivates ligand-induced transactivation function of the vitamin D receptor (2). As a histone chaperone, the CAF1 complex deposits histones H3/H4 onto DNA in a replication-dependent manner. CAF1 is required for cell proliferation and early development in animals. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and CAF1 association has also been linked to DNA repair, in particular nucleotide excision repair, and to major mechanisms of double strand break (DSB) repair, such as homologous recombination (HR) and nonhomologous end joining (3). Furthermore, CAF1 is involved in the regulation of cell differentiation and cell cycle duration (3).
