of proteins that regulate fundamental cellular processes including stabilization of cell membrane potential, transepithelial transport, maintenance of intracellular pH, and regulation of cell volume. Chloride intracellular channel 2 (CLIC2) is a member of the p64 family; the protein is detected in fetal liver and adult skeletal muscle tissue (1). Recommended Applications WB, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 ICC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal liver, (B) human heart, and (C) human testis lysates using anti-CLIC2 RabMAb (cat. #5460-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CLIC2 was used as an immunogen. |
