immunoglobulin Fc receptor proteins found on the surface of many immune response cells. It is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and it is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) K562 and (B) human platelet lysates using anti-CD32 RabMAb (cat. #5463-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung tissue using anti-CD32 RabMAb (cat. #5463-1). Note positive macrophages staining. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue using anti-CD32 RabMAb (cat. #5463-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CD32 was used as an immunogen. |
