on monocytes, neutrophils, and some T and B lymphocytes (1,2). It is an inhibitory receptor which may contribute to the down-regulation of cytolytic activity in natural killer (NK) cells, and to the down-regulation of mast cell degranulation (3). It has been indicated that CD300A as a candidate target for future treatment of allergic and mast cell-associated diseases (1). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) lymph node and (B) human spleen lysates using anti-CD300A RabMAb (cat. #5355-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CD300A was used as an immunogen. |
