| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】CD44 is a cell-surface glycoprotein
postulated to play a role in a variety of biological processes, including lymphocyte homing a n d tum o r -cell metastasis. Several isof o r ms of CD44 have been identified in human cells, a n d the genesis of some of these isof o r ms has been attributed to alternative splicing. Underst a n d ing of mechanisms regulating CD44 alternative splicing may provide insights into diverse processes, including tum o r -cell metastasis a n d lymphocyte homing (1). The deduced protein sequence of 699 amino acids has a novel 339 amino acid domain i n s e r t ed into the proximal extracellular domain of the st a n d ard, leukocyte f o r m of CD44. The additional domain adds a number of potential N- a n d O-linked glycosylation sites a n d two proteolysis sites to this f o r m of CD44 (2). CD44 is defined as a structurally diverse, but immunologically related, set of intrinsic membrane macromolecules, a n d suggests that these structurally varied f o r ms might be expected to manifest multiple functions (3) WB: 1:5000 IHC: 1:100 250 ICC: 1:100 250 Flow Cytometry: 1:30 A.
