integrin alpha chain family. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane glycoproteins composed of a distinct alpha chain and a common beta chain. They are found on a wide variety of cell types including, T cells, fibroblasts and platelets. Integrins are involved in cell adhesion and also participate in cell-surface mediated signaling (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 ICC: 1:50 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) T47-D, (B) 293T, (C) human platelet, and (D) A431 lysates using anti-CD49b/Integrin alpha-2 RabMAb (cat. #5271-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue using anti-CD49b/Integrin alpha-2 RabMAb (cat. #5271-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the extracellular domain of human CD49b/Integrin alpha-2 was used as an immunogen. |
