regulatory factor (IRF) family, a group of transcription factors with diverse roles, including virus-mediated activation of interferon, and modulation of cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, and immune system activity. Members of the IRF family are characterized by a conserved N-terminal DNA-binding domain containing tryptophan (W) repeats (1). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 FC: 1:100 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) U937, (B) Ramos, and (C) THP-1 cell lysates using anti-IRF-5 RabMAb (cat. #5381-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized U937 cells using anti-IRF-5 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5381-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green).
