| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】GARS is glycyl-tRNA synthetase, one of
the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. This protein is an (alpha)2 dimer which belongs to the class II family of tRNA synthetases. It has been shown to be a target of autoantibodies in the human autoimmune diseases, polymyositis or dermatomyositis (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Jurkat, (B) HeLa, (C) U87-MG, (D) 293T, (E) C6, (F) Raw 264.7, and (G) Neuro-2a cell lysates using anti-GARS RabMAb (cat. #5439-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded colon tissue using anti-GARS RabMAb (cat. #5439-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the C-terminus of human GARS was used as an immunogen. |
