kinase oncogene family. It is a membrane- associated tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in the control of cell growth. The protein associates with the p85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and interacts with the fyn-binding protein (1). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
