| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】FUS is a multifunctional protein component
of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complex. The hnRNP complex is involved in pre-mRNA splicing and the export of fully processed mRNA to the cytoplasm. FUS belongs to the FET family of RNA-binding proteins, which have been implicated in cellular processes that include regulation of gene expression, maintenance of genomic integrity and mRNA/microRNA processing. Defects in FUS result in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis type 6 (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 ICC: 1:50 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) K562, (B) fetal brain, (C) Caco-2, and (D) HepG2 lysates using anti-FUS RabMAb (cat. #5253-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-FUS RabMAb (cat. #5253-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human FUS was used as an immunogen. |
