mitochondrial glycine cleavage system. The L protein, also named dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase, is also a component of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, the alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex, and the branched-chain alpha-keto acid dehydrogenase complex. Mutations in DLD have been identified in patients with E3-deficient maple syrup urine disease and lipoamide dehydrogenase deficiency (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Jurkat, (B) MCF-7, (C) HeLa, and (D) 293T cell lysates using anti-DLD RabMAb (cat. #5308-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue using anti-DLD RabMAb (cat.# 5308-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DLD was used as an immunogen. |
