CDM family protein that is indispensable for lymphocyte chemotaxis (1). DOCK2 plays a critical role in lymphocyte homing and immunological synapse formation by regulating the actin cytoskeleton. It has been shown that DOCK2 deficiency enables long-term survival of cardiac allografts across a complete mismatch of the major histocompatibility complex molecules. DOCK2 is critical for CD28-mediated Rac activation and is required for the full activation of alloreactive T cells (2). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Jurkat and (B) Raji cell lysates using anti-DOCK2 RabMAb (cat. #5351-1).
