| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】Cripto 1, also known as Teratocarcinoma-
derived growth factor 1 (TDGF1), is a member of the EGF-CFC family that is required for proper laterality development in humans (1, 2). It is an obligate coreceptor involved in the NODAL ligand signaling pathway, a developmental program implicated in midline, forebrain, and left-right axis development (2). Thus, Cripto 1 could play a role in the determination of the epiblastic cells that subsequently give rise to the mesoderm (1). It also increases migration of cells in vitro (3). Cripto 1 is expressed in embryonic stem (ES) cells and during the early phases of embryo development (4). Furthermore, it is expressed at high levels in the majority of different types of human carcinomas including breast, colon, and lung (5). Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) NCCIT and (B) F9 cell lysates using anti-Cripto 1 / 3 RabMAb (cat. #5108-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Cripto 1 was used as an immunogen. This antibody cross-reacts with Cripto 3. This antibody was developed as part of a collaboration between Epitomics, the National Cancer Institute's Center for Cancer Research and the lab of David Solomon. |
