| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】Carboxypeptidase N is a plasma
metallo-protease that cleaves basic amino acids from the C terminal of peptides and proteins. CPN1 is important in the regulation of peptides like kinins and anaphylatoxins, and it has also been known as kininase-1 and anaphylatoxin inactivator. It is a tetramer comprised of two identical regulatory subunits and two identical catalytic subunits; CPN1 is the catalytic subunit. Mutations in this protein can be associated with angioedema or chronic urticaria resulting from carboxypeptidase N deficiency (1). Note: The 48-kDa form is generated by proteolytic cleavage at the C-terminus. This subunit is cleaved into a peptide of 27 kDa (2). Recommended Applications WB, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 ICC: 1:100 - 250 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) human plasma, (B) HepG2, and (C) fetal liver lysates using anti-CPN1 RabMAb (cat. #5322-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CPN1 was used as an immunogen. |
