Human IgG1 Control is purified from normal human serum through Protein G chromatography. Human IgG1 Control can be used as control, standard, blocking agent, or coating protein in a variety of assays, including ELISA, immunobloting (Western and Dot blots), immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion, and immunoelectrophoresis. Human IgG1 Control may also be used as antigen or ligand in immunochemical conjugation reactions. Storage Please store the product under the recommended conditions in the Certificate of Analysis. |
