of proteins. It is secreted and plays a role in left-right asymmetry determination of organ systems during development. Lefty may also play a role in endometrial bleeding. Mutations in Lefty have been associated with left-right axis malformations, particularly in the heart and lungs. Some types of infertility have been associated with dysregulated expression of Lefty in the endometrium (1). Recommended Applications WB, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa, (B) 293T, and (C) Caco-2 cell lysates using anti-Lefty RabMAb (cat. #3907-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues on the C-terminus in human Lefty was used as an immunogen. This antibody recognizes Lefty1 and Lefty2. |
