| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】IL-27 beta was identified by its
induced expression in B lymphocytes in response Epstein-Barr virus infection. It is a secreted glycoprotein belonging to the hematopoietin receptor family, and heterodimerizes with a 28-kDa protein to form interleukin 27 beta (IL-27 beta). It regulates T cell and inflammatory responses, in part by activating the Jak/STAT pathway of CD4+ T cells (1). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) rat spleen, (B) human tonsil, (C) K562, (D) JAR, and (E) human spleen lysates using anti- IL-27 beta RabMAb (cat. #5174-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized K562 cells using anti-IL-27 beta RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5174-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human IL-27 beta was used as an immunogen. |
