| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】Interleukin-22 (IL-22), an IL-10
family cytokine, is expressed in activated T cells, Th1 cells and NK cells (1, 2). IL-22 induces expression of various antimicrobial peptides such as β-defensins in skin, respiratory, and digestive tissues, which express IL-22R (1). It also mediates the crosstalk between leukocytes and tissue epithelia because its receptor is preferentially expressed on various tissue epithelial cells. IL-22 is essential for host defense against infections of extracellular pathogens, such as bacteria and yeasts, by eliciting various innate defensive mechanisms from tissue epithelial cells and promoting wound-healing responses (2). Enhanced IL-22 levels have been linked to various states of immunoactivation as seen in the context of infection, autoimmunity, and allergic disorders (3). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:50,000 - 200,000 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
