| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】HLA-F belongs to the HLA class I heavy
chain paralogues. It is a non-classical heavy chain that forms a heterodimer with a beta-2 microglobulin light chain, with the heavy chain anchored in the membrane. Unlike most other HLA heavy chains, this molecule is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, with a small amount present at the cell surface in some cell types. It contains a divergent peptide-binding groove, and is thought to bind a restricted subset of peptides for immune presentation (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HT-1376, (B) human tonsil, and (C) JAR lysates using anti-HLA-F RabMAb (cat. #5422-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using anti-HLA-F RabMAb (cat.# 5422-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human HLA-F was used as an immunogen. |
