| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】FOXO4 is a member of the O class of
winged helix/forkhead transcription factor family. It is regulated by factors involved in growth and differentiation indicating they play a role in these processes. A translocation involving this protein on chromosome X and the homolog of the Drosophila trithorax gene, encoding a DNA binding protein, located on chromosome 11 is associated with leukemia (1). A constitutively active FOXO4 mutant where phosphorylation sites Thr-32, Ser-187 and Ser-262 have been mutated to alanine may have therapeutic potential in ERBB2/HER2-overexpressing cancers as it inhibits ERBB2-mediated cell survival, transformation and tumorigenicity (2). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:10,000 - 50,000 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on 293T cell lysates using anti-Phospho-FOXO4 (pS262) RabMAb (cat. #5453-1). Lane A: FOXO4 transfected 293T, Lane B: FOXO4 transfected 293T treated with Alkaline Phosphatase, and Lane C: 293T. Specificity A phospho specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding serine 262 of human FOXO4 was used as an immunogen. This antibody only detects FOXO4 phosphorylated at serine 262. |
