of transcription factors, which is characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. It functions as a thyroid transcription factor which likely plays a crucial role in thyroid morphogenesis. Mutations in FOXE1 are associated with congenital hypothyroidism and cleft palate with thyroid dysgenesis. It may also be a candidate protein for squamous cell epithelioma and hereditary sensory neuropathy type I (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 ICC: 1:100 - 250 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis.
