is CSK, which blocks it via tyrosine phosphorylation (1). The kinase domain of CSK is responsible for the recognition of the Src family kinases as its specific substrates, resulting in phosphorylation of the C-terminal tail. The ability of CSK to regulate Src kinase activity in vivo also depends on both the SH2 and SH3 domains of CSK. Unlike the Src family kinases, CSK is not constitutively membrane-localized, and the SH2 domain is required for the recruitment of CSK to the plasma membrane (2). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Jurkat, (B) Ramos, and (C) RAW 264.7 cell lysates using anti-CSK RabMAb (cat. #5448-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using anti-CSK RabMAb (cat. #5448-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CSK was used as an immunogen. |
