and hydrolyzes proteins into small peptides in the presence of ATP and magnesium. It is transported into mitochondrial matrix and is associated with the inner mitochondrial membrane (1). Recommended Applications WB, IP, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 FC: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal muscle, (B) Saos-2, (C) A431, (D) 293T, (E) K562, and (F) A549 lysates using anti-CLPP RabMAb (cat. #5383-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized K562 cells using anti-CLPP RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5383-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CLPP was used as an immunogen. |
