that regulates axial elongation and anterior- posterior patterning during embryogenesis. It plays an important role in the control of normal embryonic hematopoiesis, likely through a regulatory network involving CDX4, Mll, and Hox genes (1). CDX4 also functions in determining pancreatic beta-cell number, directing midline convergence of beta-cells during early pancreatic islet formation, and specifying the anteroposterior location of foregut organs (2). Recommended Applications WB, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) C6, (B) RAW264.7, (C) HeLa, (D) HepG2, and (E) fetal brain lysates using anti-CDX4 RabMAb (cat. #5107-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CDX4 was used as an immunogen. |
