| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】Cadherin-9 is a type II classical cadherin
from the cadherin superfamily, integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Mature cadherin proteins are composed of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small, highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. The extracellular domain consists of 5 subdomains, each containing a cadherin motif, and appears to determine the specificity of the protein's homophilic cell adhesion activity. Type II (atypical) cadherins are defined based on their lack of a HAV cell adhesion recognition sequence specific to type I cadherins (1). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 FC: 1:100 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) 293T, (B) U87-MG, (C) human testis, (D) NIH/3T3, and (E) Caco-2 lysates using anti-Cadherin-9 RabMAb (cat. #5367-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized 293T cells using anti-Cadherin-9 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5367-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the intracellular domain of human Cadherin-9 was used as an immunogen. |
