| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】CA2 is one of several (at least 7) isozymes
of carbonic anhydrase. Carbonic anhydrase catalyzes the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide (1). It plays a role in osteoclast resorptive activity by acidification. The acid secretion process is initiated by CA2, which favors carbon dioxide hydration and converts it to bicarbonate. CA2 is also involved in proximal renal tubular bicarbonate reclamation and distal renal tubular acidification (2). Defects in CA2 are associated with osteopetrosis and renal tubular acidosis (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) fetal brain, (B) Caco-2, (C) 293T, and (D) human heart lysates using anti-CA2 RabMAb (cat. #5204-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-CA2 RabMAb (cat. #5204-1).
