coli alkB protein is part of the adaptive response mechanism of DNA alkylation damage repair. ALKBH is involved in damage reversal by oxidative demethylation of 1-methyladenine and 3-methylcytosine (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 ICC: 1:100 - 250 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) Jurkat, (B) K562, and (C) A549 cell lysates using anti-ALKBH RabMAb (cat. #5471-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-ALKBH RabMAb (cat. #5471-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ALKBH was used as an immunogen. |
