that binds to CD6. It is involved in neurite extension by neurons via heterophilic and homophilic interactions. It may play a role in the binding of T- and B-cells to activated leukocytes, as well as in interactions between cells of the nervous system (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 ICC: 1:100 - 250 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *For Mouse, this antibody is recommended for WB only Rat cross reactivity tested by western blot only Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) SH-SY5Y, (B) HuT-78, (C) HT-1080, and (D) Daudi cell lysates using anti-ALCAM/CD166 RabMAb (cat. #3133-1).
