is a nuclear protein containing a SWIRM domain, a FAD-binding motif, and an amine oxidase domain. This protein is a component of several histone deacetylase complexes, though it silences genes by functioning as a histone demethylase (1). Recommended Applications WB, FC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 FC: 1:100 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) T47-D, (B) Jurkat, (C) HeLa, (D) 293T, (E) JAR, (F) SW480, (G) PC-3, (H) F9, (I) C6, and (J) PC-12 cell lysates using anti-LSD1 RabMAb (cat. #5389-1). Flow cytometric analysis of permeabilized JAR cells using anti-LSD1 RabMAb (red) (catalog # 5389-1) or a rabbit IgG (negative) (green).
