| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】LIPF is gastric lipase, an enzyme involved
in the digestion of dietary triglycerides in the gastrointestinal tract, and responsible for 30% of fat digestion processes occurring in human. It is secreted by gastric chief cells in the fundic mucosa of the stomach, and it hydrolyzes the ester bonds of triglycerides under acidic pH conditions. LIPF is a member of a conserved protein family of lipases that play distinct roles in neutral lipid metabolism (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, IP Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:250 - 500 IP: 1:10 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) human stomach and (B) mouse small intestine lysates using anti-LIPF RabMAb (cat. #5357-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue using anti-LIPF RabMAb (cat. #5357-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues at the C-terminus of human LIPF was used as an immunogen. |
