| 產(chǎn)品參數(shù) | 【產(chǎn)品介紹】IDE is a zinc metallopeptidase that
degrades intracellular insulin, and thereby terminates insulin's activity, as well as participating in intercellular peptide signaling by degrading diverse peptides such as glucagon, amylin, bradykinin, and kallidin. The preferential affinity of this enzyme for insulin results in insulin-mediated inhibition of the degradation of other peptides such as beta- amyloid. Deficiencies in IDE's function are associated with Alzheimer's disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus, but mutations in IDE have not been shown to be causative for these diseases. It localizes primarily in the cytoplasm, but in some cell types it localizes to the extracellular space, cell membrane, peroxisome, and mitochondrion (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa, (B) HepG2, (C) A375, and (D) K562 cell lysates using anti-IDE RabMAb (cat. #5282-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue using anti-IDE RabMAb (cat. #5282-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human IDE was used as an immunogen. |
