and oncoprotein that may be involved in hematopoiesis, apoptosis, development, and cell differentiation and proliferation. It can interact with CTBP1, SMAD3, CREBBP, KAT2B, MAPK8, and MAPK9. Evi-1 can undergo a mutation with AML1, resulting in overexpression of this protein and the onset of leukemia (1). Recommended Applications WB, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 ICC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa and (B) SK-OV-3 cell lysates using anti-Evi-1 RabMAb (cat. #5328-1).
