trimming HLA class I-binding precursors so that they can be presented on MHC class I molecules. It acts as a monomer or as a heterodimer with ERAP2. ERAP1 may also be involved in blood pressure regulation by inactivating angiotensin II (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 ICC: 1:250 - 500 Species Reactivity * Human, Mouse, Rat *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) K562, (B) HUVEC, and (C) A431 cell lysates using anti-ERAP1 RabMAb (cat. #5124-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human uterus tissue using anti-ERAP1 RabMAb (cat. #5124-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues on the C-terminus in human ERAP1 was used as an immunogen. |
