This protein contains one PH domain and one SH3 domain. It functions as part of the EGFR pathway, though its exact role has not been determined. Highly similar proteins in other organisms are involved in the transduction of signals from Ras to Rac and growth factor-mediated actin remodeling (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC, ICC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:100 - 250 ICC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) HeLa, (B) A375, (C) 293T, and (D) K562 cell lysates using anti-EPS8 RabMAb (cat. #5305-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-EPS8 RabMAb (cat. #5305-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the N-terminus of human EPS8 was used as an immunogen. |
