| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】Eotaxin is one of several Cys-Cys
(CC) cytokines. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. Eotaxin displays chemotactic activity for eosinophils, but not mononuclear cells or neutrophils. This eosinophil specific chemokine assumed to be involved in eosinophilic inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma and parasitic infections (1). Recommended Applications WB Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 (10 ng) Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on 10 ng of Eotaxin recombinant protein using anti-Eotaxin RabMAb (cat. #5426-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Eotaxin was used as an immunogen. |
