| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】eIF-3B is a component of the
eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 (eIF-3) complex, which is required for several steps in the initiation of protein synthesis. The eIF-3 complex associates with the 40S ribosome and facilitates the recruitment of eIF-1, eIF-1A, eIF-2:GTP: methionyl-tRNAi and eIF-5 to form the 43S preinitiation complex (43S PIC). The eIF-3 complex is also required for disassembly and recycling of posttermination ribosomal complexes and subsequently prevents premature joining of the 40S and 60S ribosomal subunits prior to initiation (1). Recommended Applications WB, IHC Applications and Recommended Dilution Factors WB: 1:1,000 - 10,000 IHC: 1:50 - 100 Species Reactivity * Human *Species cross-reactivity is based on WB analysis. Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) 293T, (B) Jurkat, (C) HeLa, and (D) Caco-2 cell lysates using anti-eIF-3B RabMAb (cat. #5349-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue using anti-eIF-3B RabMAb (cat.# 5349-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human eIF-3B was used as an immunogen. |
