| 產品參數 | 【產品介紹】CD89 is a member of the immunoglobulin
protein superfamily and is a receptor for the Fc region of IgA. The receptor is a transmembrane glycoprotein present on the surface of myeloid lineage cells such as neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils, where it mediates immunologic responses to pathogens. It interacts with IgA-opsonized targets and triggers several immunologic defense processes, including phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and stimulation of the release of inflammatory mediators (1). Products Data Western blot analysis on (A) U937, (B) K562, (C) Jurkat, and (D) HL-60 cell lysates using anti-CD89 RabMAb (cat. #5148-1). Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using anti-CD89 RabMAb (cat. #5148-1). Specificity A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the C-terminus of human CD89 was used as an immunogen. |
